Mixed-use scheme proposed for working mens club site
A former working men’s club in Sheffield is set to be redeveloped to provide apartments and commercial units under new plans.An application has been submitted to Sheffield City Council for the redevelopment of the former Park and Arbourthorne Club.The City Road site, close to Manor Top, will be cleared to make way a mixed-use development of apartments and commercial units.The new scheme has been designed by architects from Sheffield-based multi-disciplinary practice Coda Studios and is being taken through the planning process by the team from Coda Planning.
